Born in August 1997 in Mersin, İsmail Hakkı Gökmen completed his middle and high school education at Tarsus American College. He then graduated from Istanbul Okan University’s Faculty of Dentistry, where the instruction was in English.

In his Polyclinic practice, he specializes in cosmetic dentistry, removable and precision attachment prostheses, digital smile design (e.max and zirconium crowns), full porcelain laminates, and implant-supported prostheses (All-on-X).
